User guide
5. User guide
Four actions: buy, hold, claim, sell.
What you need
- An Ethereum wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, or any WalletConnect mobile wallet).
- ETH for gas and the trade.
- The official
$PAMcontract address from the main page. Don't trust addresses from social or DMs.
1. Buy
The stock Uniswap interface does not currently route buys into V4 hook pools cleanly. Use the Buy PAM button at the top of the site. It opens a picker with V4-compatible trading terminals:
- Padre (web, non-custodial)
- GMGN (web, mobile)
- Maestro (Telegram bot)
- Banana Gun (Telegram bot)
Pick one, paste the $PAM contract address, set slippage (5-15% during launch volatility), confirm. You pay the 4% buy fee in ETH and $PAM lands in your wallet.
2. Hold
Do nothing. As long as $PAM sits in an address you control, that address is tracked and accrues $ASTEROID proportionally. No staking, no registration.
Avoid these: they break the tracking on your behalf.
- CEX deposits: the exchange hot wallet is the holder of record, not you.
- Lending protocols: the pool token holds the underlying, the protocol earns.
- Wrapping contracts: wrappers don't pass dividends through unless designed to.
3. Claim rewards
Visit the Claim dashboard, connect your wallet. You'll see:
- Your
$PAMbalance - Claimable
$ASTEROID(updates live every 12s) - Total earned to date
Click Claim when the amount is worth the gas (rule of thumb: claim at 10-20× gas cost). Rewards never expire; wait for a calm gas window if small.
Prefer no site? Call withdrawableDividendOf(your_address) on the tracker via Etherscan.
4. Sell
Sells route through the V4 pool directly and the stock Uniswap UI handles them cleanly (the routing issue only affects buys).
- Open app.uniswap.org, connect wallet.
$PAMas From, ETH as To.- Enter amount, set slippage (5-15% early life).
- Approve router (one-time per token), then swap.
You pay a 6% ETH fee on the output. Tokens you sold stop earning. Round-trip (buy then sell quickly) costs 10% for nothing. The model rewards patience.
Common mistakes
- Sending
$PAMback to the deployer address after seeing the airdrop tx. Leave tokens where they are. - Trying to "stake"
$PAM. No staking contract exists. Anything calling itself "PAM staking" is a scam. - Claiming hourly on a small balance. Gas will eat the reward.
- Approving infinite spend to an unknown contract. Only approve the Uniswap router when selling.
Staying safe
- Read transaction intent before signing. Rabby and MetaMask show decoded calls.
- Keep large holdings on a hardware wallet.
- The team never DMs. Anyone who does is impersonating.
